Insurance Plans

We accept most insurance plans and will gladly process your claims.  Please bring the necessary insurance information with you on your first visit, so that we may better estimate your benefits.  Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost.  We ask that you pay your copay at the time of treatment.  It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

For those without insurance benefits, we accept payments made by cash, and Visa or MasterCard.  Qualifying applicants may also benefit from CareCredit by creating a montly payment plan to fit any budget.
